Not super-sized, but right-sized: the Health Food Shoppe is well planned and stocked with organic fresh produce, dairy, canned, dry, and cooking items, clean meats (frozen), even safe/natural personal care and cleaning supplies. Perfect for anyone with special dietary requirements or sensitivities. Plus, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The Health Food Shoppe also carries an excellent selection of supplements and vitamins. A customer can do their weekly shopping here, and find some nice extras, too.

For over 40 year this business has been growing & serving the Ft. Wayne area. Organic foods, vegan snacks, about any supplement you'll need with a nolagble staff to guide you. A great place to explore regardless of your needs. One of my favorites!

Always great, delicious healthy and organic options! Even though their Saucy Carrot Deli is closed during time of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the kitchen is still stocking their yummy grab and go salads, sandwiches, wraps and baked goods! Thank you!!
