Best customer service around. The lady that I encountered was the sweetest! She recommended a fantastic juice and helped me fix my vape afterwards! Strongly recommend Black Swan over the competition.

Black swan in pendleton has to be my favorite shop put of the 5 ive tried. Always super friendly, help with any issue especially if u boight it there theyll make it right. Very knowledgeable and if they dont know theyll find out. Plus a great selection of mods pods equipment and juices.
