By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought many vehicles in the past, and the negotiation and experience often left me angry and exhausted. Not here, every aspect made me feel valued. Adam and Matt were terrific! And a special thanks to Sidney for being so exceptionally nice to my daughter during the process. We felt genuinely cared for and that is rare today. This place really does go the extra mile. I made the drive for the great price, but it was the staff that really made me happy I went. Thank you!

Everything about my experience with Fort Dodge Ford/Lincoln/Toyota was positive. Every member of their staff from Dylan Drummond (sales consultant), Charles Derrig (sales manager), to Crystal Frank (finance manager) was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, fair, prompt, professional, and attentive. From start to finish, I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service I was given at this dealership. I will be recommending Fort Dodge Ford/Lincoln/Toyota to others. It was well worth the drive from Des Moines to purchase a vehicle from them.
