The movies rarely work because they're scratched up and they don't clean them, they don't refund you if their movie doesn't work. Recently I got a movie and returned it the day it was due and they're saying they never received it and now we are stuck buying them a new movie. They don't have cameras to prove that we returned it and it couldn't possibly be a mistake that they made. This has happened to my mom too so it's not like it's a one-time thing.

The last couple times we have went in to rent movies a gentlemen named Jake was working, he is extremely rude and unpleasant.

I just got 2 free rentals and a free popcorn for renting 3 movies and they got special deals going on each month
