i am very upset with the Mission CVS the manager Larry Barnes is very rude and uncaring. I live in mission and I have been a frequent shopper since CVS opened in Mission .I go to any other CVS even though they are farther away. There coupon machine has been broken for over 2 months now . I called ahead to see if it was working and was told No. I will go to another store or just stop going to CVS all together.

horrible pharmacy needed antibiotic for surgery transferred. On hold 1st time 35 minutes, called back a subsequent 3 times to speak to store manager to have the pharmacy pick up the phone because it was an emergent need. on HOLD again each time for 30 more minutes for a total of 2 HOURS ON HOLD. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED MEDICINE. I called another local pharmacy and the transfer order was done in less than 5 minutes. CVS, Close your pharmacy or learn how to work please. Thank you.

I would avoid this location especially if youre coming in for anything pharmacy related! They were so rude to me both on the phone and in person..completely had no common courtesy or knowledge on how to work with or talk to people. Took them forever to locate my prescription and have it filled even though my doctor submitted it to them hours before me coming to pick it up. Will not return here.
