My geriatric cat was in multiple organ failure with an infection in her liver. The vet said she probably had a day or two, a week tops. I took her home and mixed feline cbd into her food in an effort to make her comfortable. She lived another seven good months, gaining weight, going outside, loving life. She was 19 (133 in cat years.) The staff here is fantastic, and I trust their product.
