This pharmacy is a joke so far this is the 4th time ive came back to pick up my prescription and still not ready its been 4 hours since the first time i was told it would be ready

I have been a real fan of CVS until this past week. I was told that my prescription was filled using my insurance. It did not show on my insurance website and the co-pay was $99.99. I contact my insurance the next day. There was no record of it being filed with the insurance company. My co-pay should have been $5.00. This is the first and last time I have had problems with CVS pharmacy. Customer service was non-existent. I made a second trip to the stove to get this resolved and was handed the same piece of paper that I already had as 'proof that it was not covered.' My husband made a trip and could not resolve the issue either. Will not be back into the store!

Worst pharmacy ever. I stopped filling my scripts here awhile back and thought I would give another chance. Still the worst. Called in script yesterday, told me it be ready when they open today. I get here and they said it be about 45mins before its ready!!!!
