That was a fun way to spend lunch break. Joshua knew everything about everything and was very easy to talk to. First impressions of the pen and oil purchased are good and I will return to this store for refills, accessories, etc.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I purchased a vape with being informed that I had fourteen days to return it with my full amount back. I was informed of this after the worker opened the container, filled the vape and let me leave the store. Assuring me that the $60 could be reimbursed if I was not satisfied. As expected. I was not satisfied. I went out of my way to travel back across town to the same location, the worker told me I could go to any but I wanted to be sure. $60 is a lot. I arrived to return the vape to the shop and was informed they would not accept it. Regardless of what their worker said. Not an apology for the miscommunication, not a partial reimbursement. I will not return to Avail and will inform all others who vape to also not come here. Extremely disappointed in their business.

This store is amazing, just a really chill place. They have nice staff - extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very good prices as well. I'm really impressed with them. I'll see how they do with a return or exchange today, I think I got some contaminated ejuice but definitely not the stores fault. I am sure I will go back to the store many times in the future.Update: no exchanges or returns on ejuice. I think that might be a law. Anyways great store.
