They sold me the wrong coil, knowing that they did not carry the correct coil for it. Instead of being transparent, they then began to upsell me for a new mod when I came back with the coil that did not fit my mod because they dont carry the coil and dont know what they wanted them to do about it. After some back and forth, I kindly asked for my refund, only $5 for the coil that they wrongly sold me and I could not use. They refused me my refund and kept the coil anyway. Went next door to High Roller where they immediately ordered the correct coil for me. Will never shop at Blaze again, very poor business practices clearly managed by High Schoolers.
