These people do not deserve their jobs.they avoid the phone calls all together, or hang up on you once you finally get thru. I even had one to pretend not to hear me and hang up on me. When you go in person, they don't acknowledge you are even there. After a whole day of not giving up on my meds, I ended up transferring my medicine scrip to walmart. The worker at walmart had the same trouble with cvs as I did. Can I tell you, CVS can kiss my ***.

Myra is so sweet, always has a smile on her face. I didnt see anyone with masks or gloves on and thats the fault of CVS. (Protect your workers)While so many people are not working now, our front line workers should have personal protective items. Also, all workers who are putting their health on the line every day should get hazard pay!

Unable to get anyone to answer the phone. You should not have to wait over 30 minutes on hold and still not have your call answered. Absolutely the worst! The only reason I use CVS is because my insurance mandates I use CVS or mail order. Walgreens used to be worst on my list, but I think CVS has moved up.
