The lady was knowledgeable; however, she would not open up the jars to let my fianc and I smell/view buds. We have been to many shops and have never had an experience quite like this one. I understand that the owner does not want people molesting the buds, yet it wouldnt be too much to ask to open the jar and shake out a couple buds on to the lid. Its hard to see the product through a jar thats covered with tiny sticky hairs. The customer service was lacking; because of that we did not purchase any product. Its like going into grocery store and picking your vegetables from of a catalog! Overall a distasteful experience.

Nice people. But smoke is junk ask for there best that they got to offer n got low grad. Worsted bud I've ever smoke no tast or smell. N no hight.
