The jars come carefully packaged, contaminant free and always arrive within a couple days of order placement. Their email got hacked and they replied to an order I made years ago and sent me a virus. Sometimes a virus will spoof a sender but this one had access to an order I made so I know they got hacked.

Great prices and customer service. They did a great job helping me with difficult design, very responsive and creative ideas. UPDATE...Bought from a bigger company last month over a small price savings. Really regretted it. Quality issues with some of the bags and couldn't get anyone from there who could make a decision to return my call. Staying with Cannaline.

Not happy with the service at all . I spoke with kerry last week and I was told that the product I was looking for would be in on 5/31/18. Called in this morning and spoke to someone that says 'the shipping manager thinks its 2 weeks out. What does that mean ? I thought when owning a company you should know when YOUR OWN product will be there not think it will be there . Will not be using in the future due to lack of communication. Cancelled my other order from someone else to shop with cannaline now im sitting here having to wait . Thanks guys great job !

Very unorganized, terrible customer service. Doesnt have the right thing in stock and sends the wrong product regularly. I would avoid working with this company at all costs and that includes all their sheisty sister companies too, 'specialty battery supply', 'jars and lids' and 'royal supply'. If you want a huge headache and to get the runaround all while overpaying these are the guys for you.
