Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone. The Weedmaps app is screwy. And Ive had to wait in line in the car 2 hours to be served. They need to get it together before I go back.

The staff at Positive Energy is caring, diligent, and attentive. Every experience I have had at this dispensary has been professional, friendly, and quick. Covid makes things difficulta wait??? Waiting for good products and good people. Plan accordingly. Not only could the staff accommodate my needs, but they were able to help my 81 year old friend. Numerous health issues plagued her -advice/information on multiple forms of medicine was given to her- she had days of comfort. When she passed, the staff mourned with me and my family. Positive Energy is a great staple in the Ocean City area for medical cannabis. Thank you for all you folks do!!!!!
