What a clean and calm environment. Owner? or manager not sure, but what a sweet man! He also kindly handed me a free mask when I called about not having one with me to enter. Hes very enlightened and passionate about Asking questions on flavors and helping a customer fine new and different products is very kind I appreciated my visit today and will absolutely return in the future ;) Thank You.

The guy in there was incredibly friendly and had that cool hipster attitude and was very knowledgeable. This is going to be my go to store for now on because my previous go to store had such a small selection of juices, coils and accessories. He easily helped me pick out a new juice after I simply told him my likes and dislikes and gave me an awesome recommendation for a particular flavor. The service was amazing, quick and well handled in a professional manner. 5 Stars all the way!

I was visiting from the UK and went here to find out more about Salt Nic and the Manager was super helpful, not pushy and really knew his stuff! He has an awesome selection of juice and is able to recommend flavours, for me I wanted something similiar to Charlie Noble PB (no longer in production) and I got it. The taste from vaping Salt Nic, I would highly recommend. This shop stocks a wide range of smoking/vaping paraphernalia.

Mr. Abass is awesome. In addition to being a friendly guy he knew exactly what I needed to quit smoking cigarettes and he did not try to upsell me like the other vape shops I had visited. He also provided me with other tips to help me quit smoking while I transitioned to vaping.

Went in looking for CBD. The staff was so so helpful. Answered all of our questions and then some. My friend was worried she couldn't afford the 60 for the CBD. She was looking for a smaller dose and bottle to begin with because she is a new user. The staff even helped call around to see if there were other deals for cheaper. Super friendly and helpful. Will be back

I've been going here for the past year. Had no issues with the place until the past few weeks. Theres a younger guy that works there that goes out of his way to inconvenience me but claiming he doesnt have replacement coils for me for over a month on a tank that he tricked me into buying. What I mean by that was he told me it was a rebuild able tank when in fact the only thing it takes is disposable coils. And you might ask well didnt you check it first? I would have if he didnt set up the entire tank to vape ready. Didnt even ask if I wanted to do it myself. Anyway. The 2 coils it came with lasted 2 days each. Bought another pack the following week and it ended up being temp control coils. Never used before and certainly didnt want to buy. Then I go in the following week and request donkey Khan from humble juice. He says 'we're fresh out, sorry.' I look up at the top shelf and there is my juice 3mg same flavor. I say what's that? He says it's a tester. Only problem is they dont test the 120ml bottles. Then for 2 weeks in a row I've come in and hes told me they dont have my coil for the tank he just sold me a month ago. At this point I'm pretty pissed. So I go in today cause I really dont feel like driving out to Towson. I ask the same guy every week and now he tells me he knows he has the right coil I need for my tank but he doesnt know exactly where it is cause the owner hasnt released them to him yet. I mean come on. What kind of nonsense of a business is this? I spend a ton of money of vape products and for the past 2 months I've been absolutely miserable with the recommended juice, tank, coils, and service I've received at this store. But that's not just it. What I dont understand is the owner, the older gentleman, is actually quite a nice man and tried to help after my first incident with the younger worker. However I have not had the luck of going to the store when the owner has been present for the past month. I'm hoping he reads this message and does something about that employee he has representing his company. Super unprofessional. I'm a hard working father of 2 and husband that doesnt play around with his money. And according to my records I've spent a little over 80 bucks and have been extremely dissatisfied with the products ive recieved. I guess this young buck didnt think I would take the time to write all this out and expose what hes doing. If your thinking of going to this place, just keep in mind if you see an older gentleman in his mid 50's, you can trust him. But if you see a guy around 28-30, he is just there to try and sell you garbage they need to get rid of. Dont trust this guy. I will no longer be going here just because of that one employee. I will drive my lazy self the extra 20 miles to Towson to avoid the headache. I suggest you all avoid going here as well. The guy also seems very racist in addition to it all.

Not only did my equipment malfunction in 13 days, but when I took it in on the 14th day, the guy working said he couldn't help me since he couldn't get ahold of the owner. The next day, I took it in to see if anyone with a brain could help, and of course, nope! This time, the guy said I could get half off a new one if I handed in my other one....NO THANKS! So I tried the next day and the guy tells me he'll give me half off and I can keep it, after he calls the owner. Worst customer service ever. Don't go there, or to any Abass store
