I always feel a bit out of my element in places such as this. So many different names, products, alternative ways to address challenges and needs...plus some teas, beauty supplies. People who work here uniformily open, willing to offer advice. Going in here is as pleasant as it is, for me, 'ok where do I start?' I know..part of challenge is consumers are trained by a general rule of thumb, that the more something costs the higher the quality (rightly or wtongly). So here you might want a vitamin and the cost can vary wildly and you dont know the brands...do you decide to just spend more then? Staff here...they help you w this.

Good variety including bulk spices, herbs, teas, etc. and kombucha on tap. Lots of local products.

Lovely store with a huge selection of food, herbs, and personal care items. The staff is always helpful and kind and theyre doing their best to support their customers in a difficult time!

I have often shopped at Cambridge Naturals and liked both their products and supporting a local business. However, after today, I will no longer be shopping there. I brought in my own plastic bottle to refill with liquid soap from their bulk section only to realized at the checkout counter that they're gouging customers -- a refill of my own bottle cost more than buying a whole new bottle. I understand that they're a small business, but up-selling on bulk items is wrong. Then, when I questioned the price at the register, thinking there must be a mistake, the self-righteous clerk lectured me on the social horrors of Amazon. Well, I can think of multiple small, local businesses who do a better job on pricing and I will supported them from here on out.

Could of been a five star but I always feel like Im being watched while shopping or looking around and I honestly cant stand that. I may look broke but I dont steal and most likely have more money then all employees combined. Other than that the store is lovely a little cramped but has all the right ingredients and remedies for natural self care.
