I have been a customer since NEA was medical-only, and it seems as though NEA has recently shot themselves in the foot in regards to their Medical customers.During the COVID restrictions on recreational use NEA offered a great deal for new Medical patients. All well and good for $$$ reasons and to keep business flowing. Problem is, now that recreational sales are allowed, the influx in new medical cliental has caused the line for medical to take SIGNIFICANTLY longer than before. NEA knew that they would have a large spike in medical users and did not seem to consider expanding the medical area inside NEA in preparation. Still the same 'walk-in closet' size as always...no longer large enough to accommodate the growing number of patients, and still only serving 2-3 medical patients at a time. The medical menu is also a joke compared to the recreational menu - compare the two and its clear what $ide of their business they cater to. Unfortunately, nothing I write in this review should come as a surprise to medical customers, as I often hear this sort of talk while waiting in line.The only 2 pros to NEA's medical side are the employees (always helpful, informative, friendly) and daily deals. Without those huge 2 pros I would not keep returning to NEA.

Great place if you're buying Rec. If you're medical, go somewhere else!! The products are worth the money, but they prioritize rec and treat medical patients like nothing. They don't care about us medical patients at all. This is supposed to help people, not make them worse.

I like the deals NorthEast offers. Their product quality is generally on point. However, as a medical patient, their online Leafly pick order window is SUPER slow. This needs to be addressed and sped up, the point of online orders is to have the orders already made and to receive speedy service, medical patients shouldn't be waiting in line longer then recreational users. Thank you.

Went today for the 1st time. Curbside service was fast & easy. Lexi took care of my transaction & she was awesome!
