I purchased 3 of one item online and was charged for 4. I have called the manager, emailed, and left voicemails trying to get my money back for the product I was charged for and it has been a nightmare.

Great Place to get pretty much anything you need. Usually there is at least a dozen if not more varieties of flower and it's always changing which is great. There is a dispensary 100 yards from my house but I travel the 20 minutes out of my way because INSA, Salem always has a great selection.

Online orders only. Overpriced 400$ for a zip of 185$ounces at best. The manager lied on the phone made me drive 2 hours to be told its online only. On the phone though he lied and said where a mask and you can go in and browse then the security tells me i called Framingham and and its online only . Nah Never called Framingham I called insa Salem sounds like managers mean nothing there security guy runs it.

I love Insa Salem Everytime I go they are amazing , the staff are very knowledgeable of their products and which ones will help and give me the best results. Anytime there's an issue with a product I've order such as it being broken or malfunctioning, they've gone above and beyond to fix the issue. I can't stress enough how awesome Insa is and I recommend them to EVERYONE.
