Bought vape pen, battery stopped working after a week. They refused to do anything and said that it is against the law to bring in pen with a dirty coil. I bought the CBD buds from smoke shop and CBD is against the law? Awful lot of businesses are going against law in Alpena if they are telling the truth. Went to Manufacturer, found that the product was old merchandise which explains the battery problem. Hopefully they will still cover it. My vape pen I bought at Wild Wild West Tobacco has 60 day warranty including shipping with a lifetime warranty but you have to pay $6 for shipping. I paid a little more but well worth it. Beware, ask warranty and return policy if you buy anything at Holy Smokes, or you might end up like me. They got my money, I got nothing. They need to post As Is, No Warranty on battery products, if they want happy customers. Look at all the battery problems on the reviews.

Large assortment of vapes and juices. Most of the workers are experts in the shop, a few are not, which caused me to have to return to the shop because of their error. Thats why 4 stars and not 5. Staff is very friendly and non-judgmental.
