It works on my gsd. The vet wanted to put him on meds. This is just fine. I add it to his water bowl. No issues. I highly recommend.

Hemp Well Bird Relief 100 did wonders for my 4 birds. I have medium sized parrots. 2 Greys, 1 Amazon, 1 Eclectus. All of them are hormonal, molting, and anxious. The Amazon is 32 years old and has foot issues and arthritis too. He is more active, moving around better and happier.My two Greys are pluckers. One is constantly hormonal.The Eclectus is a needy, screamer and also in constant breeding mode.I discussed this with their avian vet before use. We agreed this was a better alternative than hormonal implants or meds if it worked. It did.This product works best when mixed in food. I wouldn't put it directly into their mouths as the directions recommend. I would be afraid of it getting into their lungs. I mix it with chop with a few pellets to absorb the product. 10 drops in the morning, 10 drops late afternoon.They are happier, calmer, do less plucking and not as hormonal. Note: it's a good idea to only start with 3 of drops twice a day and build from there. It relaxes them, so much at first and makes them a little droopy.The first two photos is a before and after of one African Grey. She has plucked for 18 years. This photo is after two months of using HW.The second African Grey's before and after two months on HW. The area between her shoulder blades were plucked bald. That area is all filled in with new feathers.
