Very unprofessional management, always talking about their employees, very racist, cut employees hours so management favorites can take the hours. Management is lazy. (Andrea) should not throw stones who live in a glass house. This store needs new leadership fast. Some of the employee need customer service training omg its sad.

Absolutely the best service ever! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Very shortly after that someone else greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told her yes and she showed me exactly where it was. I did a little more shopping and someone else offered me a basket. I gratefully accepted. A few minutes later the lady who helped me find my product made sure that I was doing ok. When I checked out the cashier said 'Thank you. I appreciate your business.' I couldn't believe it. The service there was so above average. I love it. Thank you so much.

I am so disappointed in this place. I will never go to another Walgreens. I was having trouble with my pharmacy. The pharmacy staff said change your prescriptions to here we'll take care of you. The very first time I took a prescription there they lied and told me they were out of the meds. So I went to another Walgreens and was treated like a drug addict. They then told me the first place lied. Back I go to the Ford road Walgreens. Well lo and behold the meds are in stock. I should not have had to wait 5 days for meds I have been getting filled for years.
