Neat and clean store with good employees. Like most vape shops and manufacturers, I would appreciate it more if they were able to carry more/varied supply for older adults and ex-smokers.

Jeez, where do I start? I began coming to this location as of December, 2015. Not long after, the huge update in August of 2016 came about. Before this change in law, I received excellent everything (customer service, product, advice, etc.). After this, it slowly declined. Joost Vapor became a corporate business. They slowly stopped accepting feedback and recommendations from their customers. Prices were raised, products were removed, but most the most impact was from the removal of key associates. The persons responsible for my quitting smoking cigarettes were now fired for not meeting quotas that before did not matter as much as customer satisfaction. I just cannot excuse the change from a customer based company with friendly knowledgeable staff to a best buy-esque front. I was really let down and driven away by the lack of care. Please find a shop that suites you and not your wallet.

Excellent and knowledgeable, great variety of vapes, juices, and atomizers. The only place I'll shop!!!
