Since marijuana has been legalized in Michigan I have been to many dispensaries. I would rate lume as number one! They are very busy and you may have to wait in line to purchase your items. I would suggest online ordering! You don't have to wait in line, you go to the head of the line and you pay for your order which is already pre-packaged, it's very quick and efficient. Some people have complained about the variety and amount of flower and products. They service both recreational and medical users. Right now the recreational use is in such high demand that is hard to keep all products stocked. That is why if you go online and place your order you will have your best chances of getting the products that you want before they run out. I believe once marijuana is federally legalized that this problem will be alleviated! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating and knowledgeable. Please it is required to wear a mask during these times, it just helps all of the customers and staff stay safe. It is not infringing on your personal rights of free will. Please think about this when you go out in public right now; you cannot light a cigarette up in a Restaurant, bar, gas station, or retail shop. So just wear a mask and be nice to everybody! Once again I would rate loan as the top dispensary in Southwest Michigan please try this out and go there yourself and I'm sure you will be impressed!

I came today to get my preorder via curbside. I have to do that now since you have been busier due to recreational. I have PTSD and large crowds cause me too much anxiety. I called and told the woman I had a preorder for curbside pick up. She said they were really busy and asked if I could come in. I explained why I couldn't and she said that they might not get to me. I waited in my car and called a bit later to explain again I can't come in. She said they probably won't be able to get to me today. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. I have loved your store since you opened. Up to now everyone there has been amazing and nice but after being made to feel 'inconvenient' with my PTSD issues I will be coming in on Monday to have myself removed from your computer.
