I've been coming here for years. It's amazing how much variety they can regularly stock in a small shop. Most of the time, they have what I'm looking for in stock - oils, herbs/teas, supplements/vitamins, specialty food. Even what I think is really random, they'll have it or know about it. If they don't have it in stock, they order it. Prices are reasonable, staff is always great, and I love my vitamin punch card. Always my first stop

Went in looking for loose teas. Asked one of the staff members for help since I'm completely new to loose tea, and they pointed me to a shelf full of large jars of loose teas, where you could put as much as you wanted into small sturdy bags. She gave me helpful advice on steeping, potential mixes, and starting recommendations.Worked with another staff member as well who gave me some tips and rang me up. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I will definitely go there again for loose tea. They were awesome.
