WE LOVE IT HERE! I am vegan & this place is my little slice of heaven. It is a small business & you can tell the management is very involved & personal. I buy many of my household staples here because I cannot find them anywhere else in Saginaw. Comparatively the prices are on par with other health food stores in other was of the state where Ive lived previously. I was very impressed by their range of vegan products & freezer section. They have some fun items like chips & snacks that are vegan that I like to toss in my basket from time to time. My husband loves the deli that features some great vegan options & desserts made in house.

My fiance and I love this place! It is by far the best place in Saginaw to find vegan and vegetarian food. Such a wide selection of products and brands! Recently tried the Alpha (chicken) Nugget from Alpha foods. As with everything else I've purchased there, I absolutely loved it. Personally I've found it hard to find a good chicken substitute. This both tasted and had the texture of real chicken. Discount Health Foods is my favorite 'grocery store' by far!
