Ive seen several chiropractors over the past 30 years and my experience with Keystone has been the best. By far. They accept my insurance, which Ive found not every provider does, and when Ive brought relatives in for an unplanned adjustment theyve been charged a really reasonable cash rate. Dr. Jayme is so knowledgeable and is able to put her finger on the exact area of my discomfort. She will then work the tissue while explaining the problem, cause and treatment. The spinal manipulations are always done perfectly and achieve the desired result. Here is an example of my experience:Dr. Jayme was able to order an MRI for me when Twin Cities Ortho Drs at the urgent care center I had originally visited were not available to write the order, meaning I called a couple of times to leave a message for the dr or pa or anybody to call in an order with no response. ( 4-5 days in pain feels like forever) Dr Jaime called in the order immediately. After the MRI, she read the results interpreted by the radiologist and explained them to me in plain English, then recommended I see a surgeon. Yes, Chiropractors work with surgeons and not against them! Since then she has worked with my PT to get me back on my feet. Chiropractic care in general and Dr. Jayme in particular has been a vital part of my healing. I hit her with a lot of questions and she takes the time to answer and explain. She offers recommendations for exercises and supplements when I ask but she has NEVER pushed any product on us. I trust her. Fully.

She is the very best for your Chiro and wellness needs. She will spend three to four times longer with you then most chiropractors. She is also very reasonable!
