Your employee need to take a course at sunshine Health Food Store . She doesn't know any and she make us rules like she can't say anything over the phone and can't even tell us the price . So we will not be come back to you store .Because your employee does not know how to treat customers like sunshine health does they know everything about everything and they will tell on the phone and even tell you the price on the phone . He is my two rules that i follow treat the customer with respect and have great prices

I called today to ask the price of nutritional yeast. The lady told me she wasn't allowed to give prices over the phone. I asked why?? She said she wasn't allowed to discuss it over phone. So I stopped by and the owner was there. I told him I have shopped there and his Tupelo store for years and asked him why they couldn't give me a price over the phone?? His response was that it was president Obamas fault! This was a very strange experience and I will never return. I'm sure the real reason is all of their merchandise is drastically overpriced and their only hope of selling you something is if they get you there first. Bad tactic!
