Don't know if you are on charge Louisiana Family Pharmacy . This has got to be the worst pharmacy . Recently moved here, so all my prescriptions are new I have never once spoke with a pharmacist about a new prescription. In fact I had to ask for a paper telling me side effects and such. I received a different prescription today than what I should have had. I called the pharmacist, he claimed I should have received a paper telling me my insurance would not pay for the name on my prescription, yet they filled it last month, not this month? The paper said NOTHING about my insurance not paying it was just a paper tEllington me about the prescription and it's side effects. So new prescription, yet no one told me I was getting a different medication.

Had an issue with the pharmacy in town and spoke with tim at there corparate office and he got me taken care of with a great attitude and great customer service
