This location is gorgeous and relaxing to visit. The staff are knowledgeable in their products and are happy to discuss any questions or concerns patients might have. I always leave pleased and satisfied with my purchases & enjoy their selection. I have yet to have one bad experience and will continue to frequent Bloom's west end location.

A+ service from John! Thank you for being so helpful and answering my questions! The experience was great. Products met my high standards. The only reason why I give it 4/5 is how far away it is from Billings. If you live in Laurel though, this is the place for you! Thanks again :)
