I just bought a 40.00 cartridge that leaked. I brought it in within 1 hour I brought it back. They refused any kind of service or exchange told me it was my loss that I bought there product.Update: The owner came through and replaced the cart. Thank you for backing your products.

My opinion.....These guys are super nice, have good quality and solid pricing. Also, right now they have some serious 'Fire'. I know all that can be 'kinda an opinion'-based review......Please allow me to validate these guys's care and concern level for their customers. Bending over backwards for their customers (me) without being asked, and going above and beyond a standard caretaker's concern. Herbacious is a real 'Caretaker' experience. Thanks for listening.
