I've shopped in this store for years, decent selection of merchandise. I was in a few days ago to pick up an item. The employee who checked me out was 'Jessica C.'She didn't make eye contact and had an almost hostile attitude toward me. Trying to be civil, I said 'Thanks, have a good day' at the end of the transaction and she didn't say a word. This kind of customer service is increasingly familiar in businesses. It almost felt like she thought she was doing me a favor.

I recently moved to this area. Im trying out new stores so I can find the one that might have everything I need. This store was having an event, petapalooza. When I went into the store, it was packed with only 3 registers open. I asked one of the cashiers to point me in the direction of pet toys and food. She was very nice. I shopped for a while, picked out some dog items but didnt find the food I use. When I got back to the register, the lines were super long and again 3 cashiers. The lady I had asked for help when I first came in called on her radio 3+ times for help. Finally a gal with bright blue hair came to the register, coffee in hand. She seemed very put out by the fact that she had been called to work. When I asked about the food I use, she talked down to me. I didnt ask for her opinion on the food, just wanted to know if they carried it. She was very rude. I can definitely say this is not the store I will be shopping at.
