My husband and I purchased a brand new 2018 Road Glide last May and spent a lot of time and money preparing for our big trip to Sturgis last month. As our trip finally rolled around, we were on our way...the ride started off amazing, cruising, no rush. It was great!! Up until we started to smell burning oil :-/ and ended up on the side of the freeway as the bike had stopped on us. We were 30 minutes away from Elko and thank goodness we were able to get towed to Gold Rush HD where 2 amazing men helped my husband and I who went over and beyond to help us figure out the problem and unfortunately we had to haul our bike back home. But Chris and TJ were so genuine and kind, we felt like we were family. God sent us these angels through our rough patch that we still left blessed and happy =) THANK YOU SO MUCH and we will be back!!

Was returning to Denver (ultimately Kissimmee, FL) after a trip down to Baja to Cabo San Lucas. My lifters were becoming quite loud at start up and wanted to hear some feed back as to the problem. Met Chris as your mechanic was unable to be there that day and he checked out the bike and mentioned my lifter(s) had become weak and would probably need replacement in the near future. Was looking at some of your bikes and couldn't get over your pricing!!!! Here in central Florida it seems all the dealerships lay claim to that title of 'Stealerships' and have pricing on their bikes inflated way way over your pricing....Kudos to You!!!! I requested Chris's business card and if I ever decide to buy New again I would definitely be purchasing from you....if I ever hear of anyone thinking of buying a new Harley your dealership will get my highest recommendation for a 'fly and ride' purchase....!!!! Got a great Gold Rush tee shirt and baby combo for my new born grandson...thanks for the hospitality....you guys ROCK!!!!
