I use to go to acres every other day due to their point /rewards system. Recently they changed their policy to where you can ONLY use your points on Merchandise . I earned all my points buying flowers. I should be able to get discounts on flowers. Then I recently started going back to THRIVE CANNABIS 3500 E Sarah they have a great reward system affordable prices for locals and tourist, great quality of flowers $20 eights everyday and its also better than street buds, also double point Mondays. You should do your research before spending your hard earned money. I learned the hard way so I hope this helps. Plus Acrers flowers are dry and not really that good not to many varieties to choose from .

Their online service leaves a lot to be desired, but they're the cheapest place in town.Placed an order online yesterday, received a confirmation email. Did not receive confirmation text. Drove 30 minutes to pick it up, was told I can wait or I can leave. Placed an order with another dispensary. Drove across town and got my other order within 20 minutes. I tried to call Acres before heading down, but they have literally never answered when I've called. One day later, still no confirmation text. Poor customer service doesn't make up for cheap prices.

Super disappointed and left without buying first time! There were so many people.. social distancing not... Now that curbside service is gone I can't take my life in my hands to come in... So disappointed....
