Impossible to get a hold of on phone, went to the location felt antagonized by the employees. Ended up not buying anything and just left.

Best dispensary in Vegas! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always have great deals and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

MADE HUGE MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. Notice I still gave 5 starts!!! LET ME START BY SAYING THANLK YOU PATTY! They gave my previous order and added the new order but just some of it...lol a huge mess. LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH JARDIN AND MORE TO WHERE JARDIN PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY UNSMOKEABLE. Every time, they argued me down and wouldnt help AND I LOST MONEY. ESSENCE/ PATTY ON THE OTHER HAND. I let them know the mix up and they more than compensated. Will be back in a couple days as usual. Love you guys. Thanka for being my legal dealers.

I love the kind friendly and knowledgable service i get from Essence dispensary.......i have been a customer of theirs even before i lived in Las Vegas....... i would come here for a few days each month from San Diego to look at homes with my realtor .... and found essence on a trip when i stayed at the Westgate....Great staff and reasonable pricing with an awesome selection of products.......

Staff was rude and their computer could only read certain ID's. I wasn't able to shop due to their difficulties. Went next door and bought some good weed.
