Just came from there & opened the orange stuffed olives. Delicious in a salad with the Tuscan herb oil & Serrano honey vinegar. Not as fond of the black olive spread tho. 3 out of 4 not bad. How else will one know if one doesn't try! Lots of great help & advice. A definite return trip in order. Thank you!

We are from Wyoming and took our friends who have never been to a gourmet olive oil store with us. Both of the owners are amazing, informative and super kind. It was the highlight of our day. Thank you so much

Always helpful and friendly staff. They will help you pair the perfect vinegars with the perfect oils. Lots of taste testing. The very healthiest oils you can buy. The vinegars are really flavorful as well. My favorite is pineapple and coconut and strawberry vinegar for my salads. And I love the butter oil to use in place of butter for cooking or drizzling. And my other favorite is the garlic oil. And then I have a couple other mellower oils for salids as well.I put lemon vinegar in my water every morning, so good. Would recommend this place to everyone! And there is a location in Vegas as well!
