FIRE!!I personally have been a patient for four (5+ now[update]) years, I should say client with these guys before they moved locations and following through until now. I have visited every dispensary I can find and continue to as they open and I tend to agree with the majority of Albuquerque or at least people who vote in the sense that they have received for the fourth year in a row best to dispensary in New Mexico all around and I think some other Awards. They're are on par and actually lower than most places especially for quality, and top top quality from seed to Shelf or clown 2 Shelf. no matter where you go whether it's in this industry or in the pharmaceutical industry or even in retail or general customer service there's always going to be some issue that eventually comes up maybe because someone's having a bad day or something like that however I can't in the past four years tell you a single incident like that with these guys however those types of things are so frequent at other dispensaries and their lack of commitment to the community and their quality as well as their motto has left me always going back to High Desert relief even though it's out of my way. Amazing people especially grow team and back of house. And the whole crew up there really have always been great and not just to myself but I see them treating everyone else just like me. For instance let me tell you about today, I haven't been in a number of weeks because I'm disabled and have a very difficult time getting the extra money for my medicine... Well I go in and I'm waiting in line after checking in and I get up there to pay and I realized my money is gone. Well the manager Andrew or owner Andrew goes out of his way pulls the security footage goes through it I mean for like an hour I believe and signs out what happened who took it calls them explains you need to return it please and then without disclosing any information to me let me know that he would let me come in and pick it up this afternoon. now I can tell you the number one it's not his responsibility because I dropped it right? Still he went out of his way knowing that I have seizures and I have very limited money, and he helped me and I don't think it's for that reason it's because he would do it for anyone. So I mean that's not the reason I recommend them you can look through whom I post another reviews I always have. they have consistently had the best flour good concentrates good selections I've even received some amazing genetics from them. They carry budder Pros products which Everyone likes I think LOL and unlike Ultra health and Pur life I have never had an issue with something not weighing correctly I have never had an issue with stringy leafy buds or buds that are clearly made or grown with hormones where they tighten up and look so pretty but so unnatural if you've ever grown I love that they don't use pesticides and that they are very honest about their percentages and very well educated in the fact that percentages aren't everything and what works for one person might not work for the next person even if it is a very similar situation they will work with you take their time and really help you dial in and find what you need they won't make you feel rushed or like you're wasting their time State really will make you feel welcome and at home and Eventually they'll even learn your name and greet you and your answer as if you're part of the family it's a very nice Community feeling store and I believe it's more dispensaries where this way we could progressed this movement much faster. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's always room for improvement in my mind on everything.

Updated June 23rdI am still getting herbs that taste like hey when I go in the display asking what to expect is it going to be a very earthy taste is it trimmed well is it Shea or is it small nugs etc. and what I keep coming across is a lot of shake a lot of sugar leaves that have not been trimmed off and so consistently as far as flour goes the taste is just like smoking weed see you found on the side of the road at times its disappointing because they have always been my go to especially for flavor and taste on flowers I also bought a cartridge a couple days ago where I even noticed that taste in there as well I think it has an issue to do with the process of not trimming it well and then again not curing it well either because from an experienced grower these are the biggest things I see that often are rushed and ruin the entire batch is flavor in order to get it out quicker so it makes sense financially but they didnt used to be about quantity over quality are used to be quite the opposite and Im not saying that they arent still I get good customer service when I go in although I have Ms. to reward points or to visit switches I guess 40 points every time Ive gone in the last four times I have told them well thats what you told me my points were out last time and then I spent $80 and then I came in to more times after that and it still at the same thing? But theyre good people over there they will take care of you if issues arise generally I think theyre just having a hard time keeping up with new employees maybe punching in numbers correctly.So again with the update these are things from today and the past months and more just that been happening to me that are not deal breakers by any means I had pure life tell me that I wasnt even allowed to speak to a supervisor LOL so these are some of the best customer service people in the biz and they used to have the best flower in the biz as well. Im hoping we get back to that point and I know its Covid its also hard because were not able to check things out before they bring them to you so we have to rely on them telling us the truth and making sure its trimmed good and I just feel like because we dont get a chance to look at it anymore and theres a no return policy is that maybe theyre getting away with more than they normally would on purpose and I just wouldnt expect that from them but its also just a hard time all around us has lasted for quite some time nowEither way MY GO TO STILL DESPITE THE SMALL ISSUES. Because no matter where you back its just been more than 6 months. Quality and Quantity!!never shake never sugar leaves, great strength where others like Pur life will say oh do not pay attention to those percentages???? What ? Would a Pharmacist say that about strength of medication, NO so get with it. there is a reason this has been voted number one for 5 yearsHDR always accommodating within reason and the law, the customer is treated with respect not like they are bothered ( one blond girl but always gonna have bad seed right?) BUD is the best in town, and you can buy Indica sativa and more mids all up at 29%-30.15% or you can go to other dispensaries and pay 13 or 14$ per gram for 22%-24% CONCENTRATESAGAIN you are using the best quality Hydroponic grown herb, properly cured, and tested then companies like Budder pros, and all the other GOOD ones.BUDDER PROS is only 50$ a gram for distillate and wax and edibles also priced properly, I have only seen naty rx do this otherwise. At other dispos they will tell you, we added more terps so its 100 dollars... Adding more terps only thins your meds and decreases strength. You are going to have good and bad experiences with people at places but everything above should not very and in fact like HDR the customer service should come first, some of the dispos forget they have a job because they are working for patients and get a drug dealer mentality in my opinion.
