I used to really like coming here. In person, the staff are really nice people. They list their license and, having been a customer for some time, I get why.Then I saw their responses on Google and was a little horrified to see them starting when people had come in last and when their cards expired. That was a little horrifying and extremely unprofessional.I'm sure I'll be reported but I have made the decision not to return to MEH after reading all of this. Whoever is answering these reviews needs to develop a thicker skin. This is how people tell you what they think is wrong and (hopefully, at least) how it can improve.I had thought losing their license would make whoever does the responses pause in their online diatribes but it doesn't appear to have done so.My review for quality of purchases is that, when I didn't have as much experience, it seemed good. Now? The flowers were harsh and stale tasting (probably from repeated openings of the hard they're kept in) . The edibles had an undeniably skunky flavor. The pills worked... But that's the best I can say. I did try their CBD and it was all right. Service was always friendly, minus the doc...but their screen (with the names of waiting customers) was turned halfway into the room... Allowing anyone who looked to see names. That is a HIPAA violation, whatever they care to say on the subject.Do better. Your customers deserve better.

I give them 5. Thats because there aint no 6.Always helpful,knowledgeable staff, and always a great experience.They weigh heavy, good product,at competitive prices.

I can't find a menu for MEH online anywhere. As far as I know, there are 5 dispensaries in Las Cruces, 4 of which have websites detailing available product for each day. I would shop here more often if I could order online. My mobility is very limited and walking/standing is very difficult for me. Delivery services would be ideal but I think only 1 of the dispensaries offer that now. Please consider investing in online ordering capabilities and/or delivery services.
