The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly! They were patient and really helped me find a product to fit me! It was great experience!

Poor customer experience.Ill preface this with the fact that I have a lot of experience with all kinds of CBD from flower to edibles to vapes and tinctures. I usually buy from very reputable online suppliers but needed a new vape cartridge and wanted to try a local business and with something like this i tend to research what I buy extensively. Clearly, I should have done that here too.Initial impression was good, the lady that helped me was friendly. I explained that I needed to be 100% THC free which limited me to only 2 brands of vape cartridges. She recommended one that was reasonably priced. No lab results available but said to scan the QR code on the container and itll take me to them. Also purchased some gummies.Got home and tried the QR code and it wouldnt scan. Odd. Go to the company website and they dont have vape cartridges listed?!(They seem to be back now).Finally found the lab results and 2 problems right away. 1, not broad spectrum as she said (though I knew she was wrong when she said that referred to terpenes, when it actually refers to cannabinoids) and its cut with Propelyne Glycol (which is what they de-ice airplanes with). Went to return it today. 1st off pointed out that the oil was super thin (think hotdog water) and was told well, some of them are like that. Also pointed out that about 15-20% of the oil was gone and was told that happens with all cartridges. No, it doesnt. Then mentioned the PG and they seemed surprised, said that all cartridges have that. Again, no they do not. Asked for a refund and they said they couldnt do it based on the customer changing his mind. Thats not really what happened, they clearly just dont know how to handle an educated customer and dont have the make the customer happy mindset.Im the end, I left it on the counter and walked out. I was pleasant the whole time, I just wont do business with them again and wouldnt trust their products.

Excellent customer service and an overall great experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are well educated and I love the environment.
