Sad excuse for a company when your 'Manager' wants to treat your like scum and act superior to everything you say. I had simple questions but was treated with such rude behavior. I will never use this company. They to have a core lesson is customer service to learn to value the customer.

Ordered off groupon and they said the address I gave was invalid. I gave another and they never sent it, not to mention the customer service person whom I talked to was rude. I would give zero stars if I could.

I wanted to order an Evolve Pen through GROUP ON but there was no warning of high shipping fees if you live outside their boundaries. It was insane the back and forth attempt and all sales are final from their end. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE untransparent website. Group-on too.. lost 32.99$ because it was final sale, even though I never received the product. BOOOOO!

I used a Groupon deal and received my items in less than a week. I was a bit concerned due to recent poor rating reviews but everything worked out perfectly. Im located in the USA for point of reference.

Ordered a $10 mystery box from groupon. It arrived 2 days later than expected but that's probably due to the hurricane. I'm very pleased with my products. Received a vape pen and a Cbd froggie. They processed and shipped it quickly but it was a tiny bit late which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Yes I know they can't control how fast the U.S. postal service delivers it.
