I have been a customer for the last 10 years+. Neal and his staff are not only professional and helpful, but are personable and civic minded to boot. I enjoy being more than just a number when I walk through that door. Neal has a great sense of humour, something desperately needed while navigating these turbulent times, and still upholds a take-no-BS approach. I always know that when he gives advice it's solid; his newsletters and podcasts, while entertaining, are informative and thought-provoking. So glad they are here to serve our community!

Neal is a lifesaver. Ive been lost in the supplement world as my husband and I struggle with infertility and everyone wants to sell you something with empty promises attached to it (and a big price tag). Its hard to know who and what products to trust, so I made a phone appointment with Neal, and he helped me come up with a plan. I had outstanding questions about products I was already on, so he had me send him an email with the specifics and a few days later he spent more time with me helping me feel more confident in what to keep and what to phase out. I never felt like I was being sold something. He even told me to stick with certain things I was on, at least until I finished them up. He also pointed me towards other resources to further my knowledge in this space. He didnt even charge me for his time. Hes earned my business and respect. So relieved to have a plan I can feel good about. Thank you!

Dr. Smoller (Neal) and his staff are wonderful! Neal is very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I met with him to go over the supplements that I was taking. He was honest, and recommended a few products that I needed to take (since I was taking way too many). I have never felt better! I truly believe in him and his products!
