Wife dragged me in but glad she did. Turned out to be one of the more interesting shops in West Jefferson. Be sure to try out the Espresso infused balsamic vinaigrette!

All though Art of oil isn't cheap, it has the best specialty oil and vinegar in Boone. The dishes my husband makes with Art of Oil supplies are superb!
