I have only gone in three times and I feel like I finally have reached an opinion. The first time I went in the service was decent the employee was helpful enough. However the second time I came in a different employee was extremely rude. (I'm new to vaping and needed some extra assistance) she was rushing me out and I left pretty disappointed but wrote it off as just a bad day for her. This last time I went in was yesterday evening I took a friend who wanted to switch to vaping from cigarettes. There where two guys working. The first one whose name I didn't get was very rude and didn't help at all just went to the person behind us in line. We stood awkwardly by the glass until Joseph came over to help us. He was the most helpful employee I had met and he definitely deserves a raise! This store experience really depends on who is working and sometimes that's a hit or miss sadly.

Forget what Fake News has to say this stuff been on the market. We all should know seizures Heart attacks And many others are just lies just to keep you smoking real cigarettes to keep you sick to make them more money

Staff is super helpful and every employee in the store was fully engaged with the other customers and there vast knowledge of there product's that are available is excellent for helping with decision making as there wide variety of products is also vast. The store is always clean and gives a very welcoming feel upon entering. I see a great future for this company due to the well balanced management here. Great job and keep up the awesome work. Plus I got 30%off with the points i had earned which made my purchase extremely cheap which always is a plus... cant say enough great things about this business.
