Poor customer service; staff will fail to mention that the advertised pricing of store products is member exclusive (i.e. you can either pay an exorbitant 30% more for your supplements, or a fifty dollar per year membership fee) until your items until a total price has been rung up, the store's floor staff will cut the checkout line in order to make a sale (quickly turning a five minute trip into a twenty minute wait), and, despite having a limited product selection, the staff remain relatively unknowledgeable. My experience with Complete Nutrition to this point has been rather transparent and compatively positive, however, my prior experience came from different store locations. Honestly if you're in a pinch for a protein or would simply like something sooner rather than later, you're better off buying a couple individual Muscle Milks at the store and waiting out the shipping time on a quality product. Despite the shipping costs, high individual drink prices, and the expense of most popular products with more servings per container I might add, you'd sadly enough be paying less than non-members do here.

We have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The manager is an obnoxious woman who will say anything to sell product. My husband was looking for something to help him cut and bulk and she recommended the power stack. She told us her son had gained 30lbs of muscle and cut down to 10% body fat. My husband bought it and didn't have the killer results promised but NBD he was willing to try something else. We went back in and she was there again. We told her what he used last time and his results and she told us we should have used something else. I told her she told us to use that one because her son had. She adamantly refused, yelling over me so I couldn't speak. She showed us a few other bottles and told us her son had cut down to 5% body fat and gained 40lbs of muscle with that one. That whole experience was frustrating enough but on top of it the other girl in the store followed my husband. She stood way too close to him and kept flashing her cleavage. I was fuming by the time we left and my husband was super uncomfortable. If you're the kind of person who likes to go into a store and enjoy your time looking around and making your own decision go somewhere else. The employees follow you around and lie and harrass you the whole time.
