They are always helpful snd kind. I love this place dearly. If you do smoke/vape this is the place to go. My boyfriend used to work these stores alongside the owner Chad and they truly make the place a wonderful experience for others.

Store is nice

I got a device from another location which apparently had issues with faulty devices. My device was acting up and not working properly. The first day I went in about my device the guy there helped try and fix the issue with no problem. The next day it was still messed up so I went back in and they fixed the problem with no question. The people that work at the Arlington location are very professional and have great customer service skills. They will hold a conversation with you and answer any and all questions you have. I highly recommend the Arlington location. I would definitely mention the two people who helped me but I cant for the life of me remember there names. Great location, great service and great people. If you or anyone needs help with your vaping needs or want to buy anything from kings of vapor I highly recommend the Arlington location. Thank you guys for all you do and I'll definitely be going to only that location.

Cool staff, juice selection ok, house juice not so good at least with the two different flavors I bought.
