I've purchased from the shop multiple times. It is a nice place. Lots of pieces with nice lighting to show them off. They have some sales around holidays and some things are clearances.

A bit over priced, and the workers are snobby twig like females. Unless they've changed their staff, but i wouldn't waste my time to find out, nothing to can't find online at a fraction of the price. 2 stars because if you are in a jam...its there around the corner, but other than that, PASS.

Great experience 3out of 4 times neutral that one off visit. But this review was from a phone call I made to them on Mothers Day they didnt carry my particular request which is expected as its not the most common. Instead of saying sorry bud we unfortunately dont carry that best of luck to ya!!! They actually referred me to another shop that itself was unique and very thankful!! Thank you greatly!!!

Each time I have visited I am greeted promptly and casually (not pushy or apathetically). The staff asks if you need help without hovering (I hate that). Great selection of merchandise and good atmosphere.

This shop is amazing! Plenty of different things to choose from for all of your vap and zen needs!! The employees are pretty chill and are quick to greet you. They are also quick to assist you and are full of correct and useful information about the products! Great place for incense too!

Cashiers aren't attentive and often have a blatant look on their faces. Prices are somewhat high and have been hesitant to buy any sort of glass-work due to their poor customer service. My first visit I had bought a hookah set and once I had gotten home to assemble the piece, they had given me the wrong down-stem... I took it back in search of a down-stem replacement and the cashiers exact words were; 'It has definitely been a minute, since you have bought this piece'... it had been three days... God forbid I have other things to do besides making sure they sell me the advertised product. In conclusion, they said I was out of luck.

I'm giving this place two stars because of the actual shop itself. It's very aesthetically pleasing. Everything in this shop is very clean and well organized, BUT it really makes no sense to come to this shop to buy glass when most items on display are almost 50% cheaper online w/ free shipping. For instance, they had a donut pipe on display for around 50$ ( I don't know the exact price because most of their prices are covered up, which can be very frustrating but the gentlemen working told me everything in that case was 50$ and up) and I was able to find it online for around 17$ w/ free shipping. Ontop of that, the music in the store is extremely loud and then there's just this random awkward silence between songs and the staff were not very helpful. They couldn't sell someone water in the desert. I don't buy all my pipes online, but I prefer to take my business to a locally owned shop with someone that remembers who you are and doesn't try to bend you over backwards for all the money you have. I would never come back and give my money to this place ever again.

I went there for the first time today. If I could give it a zero I would. I went to purchase something. The old guy was nice and seemed to be helpful but the old Biddy that was there was rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and made fun of someone who is disabled. I am very upset about it. And when I told her that I was disabled she basically ignored it and didn't say another word. She didn't apologize for what she did or how her behavior was towards me. I would not go to this one. She wouldn't even come over to help me

Seems they were more interested in flavors then the actual units used for them , add like 200 lbs. Weight gain supplements they were trying push on you and you 'd have a child like 'baskin an robins ' smoke shop .
