I've been going to this store for a while now, but don't plan on returning again. I bought a juice and a few coils for my caliburn. I got home to realize the product i had bought was broken. I tried to open it, after struggling to open it i realized the top of it was broke. i finally got the top off and everything broke off immediately and spilled all over me. I didnt get a receipt when i was there so i called and they said there's nothing they can do for me , even though they sold me a broken product. extremely disappointed.

Callen at your shop here at Kent is excellent. I came in to get some juice and eat my Taco Bell. While I was here eating I observed the diligence he had with each customer. Explaining to an older customer absolutely everything she could possibly need as many of them(elderly)are confused. Positively upbeat Callen he made the experience for her great. She left with way more knowledge about coils, juice and pods than she had learned thus far. His patience/knowledge will definitely keep me coming back. 12/10 employee.
