Used to be a great shop until their corporate stepped in with their policys and made this a horrible shop to goto now

They were supposed to be open at 10 on Saturday. I got there at 11 n doors were locked. I waited 20 minutes. Nothing. Went up the road to vaperfi, great service.Update- 20min later n still locked. This place is useless.

Changing my review , the new manager karyn has changed my view at this place. She corrected many bad things that happened to me there before (see below). Thank you so much for making the customer service here great.Terrible customer service , and bad business practices , rude , unhelpful , and a sorry about your luck attitude. Most of this issue stems from the company not the employees , but some of them are also incompetent. I will be trying other shops now.
