Everything about Herbology is absolutely amazing,I don't even know where to begin!I am relatively new to all of this, but I am used to dealing with the 30 minute waits on hold to place an order. Not Herbology! I called on my way in, was greeted on the second ring, and my order was placed in less than 4 minutes! Then, it was ready in no time! The staff is amazing!! They are so knowledge, helpful, and welcoming; you can't hello but want to come back!It takes me almost 40 minutes to get there, but it is definitely with it!

Staff was friendly and helpful not pushy, checkin to walk out was quick and smooth, a pharmacist is on-site to assist, decent size menu though bulk herb selection could be broader/cheaper to compete, sales seem regular and they allow stacking with discounts, the online ordering and multiple ways to pay are also nice patron perks
