I went into the minute clinic today pretty nervous but NP Lisa was incredibly kind and made jokes to put me right at ease. We need more people in the medical field like her. Not only do I feel taken care of physically, but emotionally as well. Thank you.

Pharmacy never has meds ready in reasonable time frame. Once waited over three hours for meds for a sick person, and finally found out they had a staff call off. I had the meds transferred to another pharmacy, because they were still saying it would be another hour. Another day, I called ahead for med refill at 1:30. They said they could have them ready by 3. Showed up just after 3:30, and they still werent ready. They are completely unable to honor reasonable pick up requests, and they are unable to give accurate estimates for time of completion. They also couldnt find my insurance info on file. Disorganized, poor service, and always get attitude when questioning why it takes hours for simple refills or meds for illness.

The minute clinic here has longer waits than an emergency room, they should easily consider hiring more staff during peak hours
