I've had great experience using their delivery service. Unfortunately, one of the cartridges purchased is not compatible with the brand of battery I have. I'm still waiting on a second phone call back after placing the order two days ago. I'm hoping my request for an exchange or return has somehow only slipped through the cracks. AO, you guys paying attention?**Update 5/1 - Upgraded from 3 to 5 WELL DESERVED stars** Amazon Organics saw this, reached out quickly, and resolved the issue in an above and beyond manner (at their cost!). This used to be one of my favorite delivery places but today I'm just letting the dark. I ordered on dutchie.com received confirmation text that they accepted and are preparing my order but after 2 hours no update. I call them just to see what's going on but its like no matter what option I pick on the ivr it just takes me back to the main menu again. And for some reason I can't contact chat on dutchie to reach out to them for me. The worst part aside from this being 4/20 is that its not the first time this has happened to me. Last time I waited 3 plus hours just for them to close and cancel my order.Edit: They reached out to me and I really appreciate that in customer service. It has been 3 hours but today is 4/20 so I get that. My gripe was that I couldn't get any ease of mind. Thank you guys for reaching out to me.

Bottom shelf advertised that a $5 gram was a $10 eighth and a $20 quarter.I had $15. Waiting for pay day.I asked for a $10 eighth and was told that they had pre-weighed the rest of that strain into 7-gram bottlesShe would not break the 7 grams in half for me and acted as though this should be an issueIf I didn't have the $20 then I didn't have the money to shop there.Those snooty people made me feel like I was begging for money. I was just asking for an 8th at the advertised price, I was turned away because I didn't want to buy a whole quarter.Be careful these guys are too good for your money

I went in because it was close to my house, Someone reccomened i try CBD for my sore muscles. I have a bad knee and shoulder. When i walked in i was greeted by a blonde girl named Sam. She was super friendly. I explained to her what some had reccomened to me and i have no idea what i was doing. i explained i wasnt a smoker and what options do i have, She broke it down for me and was super knowledgeable. I ened up gettin some grape gummies and popped them wheni got home and the pain relief was better than advil. I'd highly recccomed going in a trying them out and ask for Sam, she's awesome and knowldgeable. I'll be back

I love this store! At first I was unsure about checking it out because I figured it would be expensive being in south Eugene however their prices are great and they have a beautiful facility! The staff is really friendly and I've been stoked on everything I've gotten. Their 10$ eighths are better than marijuana other dispensaries upsell as 'platinum' or 'top shelf.'

Just visited this shop for the first time. The selection was wide, the shop was clean and well put together. The $10 1/8 of Lemon Kush was great for the price. They also have discounts for vets, military, and seniors. Overall I was very impressed. If you haven't already, I would recommend stopping in to check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Very friendly knowlegable staff and they always seem to have good customer service in mind while conducting their business. Right next to dairy mart and they open at 10am with a nice selection of flower as well as some clones. They also have a great display of some very expensive glass work.

Just noticed the recent remodel. It really made the space feel open and inviting. Both female bud tenders were incredibly friendly and informative. I ended up buying the high CBD Shaman Oil and it has been incredible for my anxiety disorder and insomnia. I will definitely be returning soon.

Super, caring staff, always welcoming, always helpful. They've been great with answering all my questions, making recommendations, discussing pros and cons. This is my shop of choice. The shop itself is beautiful and expanded with lots of great stuff I might get around to checking out if I ever make it past the counter! Prices are very reasonable for the high quality product, and they never try to 'sell' or up-sell anything. I'll drive across town to buy from these guys.

I had an early bad experience, but let me say that once the staff heard my situation, they took the time to listen to me, apologized for the mistake, and promised to have me come in and meet with the manager. Adam went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, and made the situation right. It felt good to shake his hand and know that AO really honestly DOES care about their customers. I had been asking what they could offer that other places can't: and their taking the time to give great service provided my answer. Easily my favorite dispensary around. The quality of products is high and super consistent. The atmosphere is great. All the staff i've encountered thus far have been welcoming and informative. This is my favorite dispensary in Eugene. I feel that the prices are really not that much higher than others, and I believe that their low price flower strains are always a better quality than even the top shelf at other shops. I have been a customer since they opened, and plan on staying loyal. There's at least 6 other stores that I pass by on my way to Amazon, but it's worth it.

My dad, 82-years-old... suffering from cancer (lots of opiates) and glaucoma among other things. Super 'drug-phobic' guy. When I brought him in he uttered 'I ain't never done no dope'. You get the idea. The shop is SUPER CLEAN. Fixtures are this gorgeous wood and glass... not a lot of psychedelic stuff about... Lainie behind the counter (bless her soul) immediately read my dad and gave some excellent knowledge regarding CBD and how it could benefit him. I can't express enough how their professionalism and the cleanliness of the shop convinced him to give this type of therapy a change. A little over 2 months in with the Siskyou tincture and he is for sure feeling the benefits. Me and my dad... we don't see eye-to-eye on most things... but I do love him. And I want him to be happy and as pain-free as possible. Amazon Organics helped me with that. Big time. Again, everyone there is so nice and helpful and knows what they're talking about. Life savers.
