i love this place!! Star helped me with a large order and she was incredibly patient, and gave me great recommendations! love all the bud tenders here.

This place is pretty good. Mostly love the design of the building. I was shorted here once pretty badly, I ordered an eighth and got a gram. Other than that, the online ordering and especially the drive thru is great. They just need to start taking debit like Top Crop does. They carry some good growers as well, I don't think I've seen Cloud Cover anywhere else.

I went to the drive through and the wait was very long. The clerk took my ID and did not return it to me. I realized I didnt have my ID so I called burnt river to see if they had it and they did. I asked if they could mail it to me since they were partially if not mostly responsible for keeping it. She said they would not and I needed take the responsibility for not asking for it back. So if you go to this stupid place, know its your job to remind them to do theirs.

The music. I went to purchase cannabis, not go to a rave. Had to say what?, I'm sorry?, what? What?, answered sure a couple times hoping that was the lucky choice. Product is good if you pic what you like. Prices are basically the same everywhere. It was busy and not enough room to social distance. I was treated good by everyone but the smart ash at the front counter checking people in. (:p

I typically have decent experiences here up until recently. The past few visits (3), my order has been wrong, which is no big sweat; it was a run in quick fix. The manager was super nice and understanding when I told him about the mix up, but I went home assuming all was well and I still dont have the right product. Im still gonna use it but I wouldve liked what I ordered.
